Solution

Challenges

An interesting issue faced was that every user had unique symptom triggers, which naturally prioritised one solution over another, making it challenging to create a universal information hierarchy.

To address this, we conducted a closed-ended card sorting exercise, where users categorised key terms as "Valuable" or "Less Valuable." Despite individual differences, patterns emerged, revealing a shared mental model.

This insight shaped the platform’s information architecture and flow, ensuring an experience that felt both personalised and intuitive.

By allowing users to define what mattered most, we created a structure that adapts to different needs while maintaining clarity and accessibility for all.
